Quality Assurance Unit aims for continuous development, professionalism, creativity, and excellence in the educational and research process.

Mission

Enhancing performance to achieve strategic goals, fostering continuous improvement of academic standards, promoting a culture of quality within the faculty, and preparing for accreditation.

Goals and Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Unit

Encouraging faculty staff members to participate in attending workshops, courses, and training programs at the university.

Providing consultations and technical support to all departments of the college in the field of quality assurance.

Supervising the excellence awards for the faculty staff members and the ideal employee.

Determining the future vision and mission of the hospital.

Determining several fields of work where quality management projects can be implemented in hospitals

Supervising the implementation of the academic evaluation and accreditation program.

Identifying the gap between the current state and the desired state, recognizing any difficulties or issues, proposing solutions, and submitting recommendations to the relevant authorities.

Preparing hospital staff to initiate the implementation of quality programs.

Securing accreditation from the hospital quality recognition system.

Analyzing the satisfaction of patients, physicians, and staff, and its role in enhancing quality in hospitals and healthcare centers.

Disseminating the concept of quality and the importance of its application in hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Supervising the implementation of electronic technology programs (the college's website, e-learning, or distance learning).

Preparing periodic and annual reports on performance evaluation and quality assurance activities in the college, announcing and approving them.
