Dean of Faculty of Medicine at Capital University Inspects Badr University Hospital on Second Day of Eid Al-Fitr

Professor Dr. Rasha Refai, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chair of the Board of Directors of Capital University Hospitals, conducted an inspection tour on the second day of Eid Al-Fitr at Badr University Hospital to ensure the hospital’s readiness and the continuity of efficient medical services.

She was accompanied during the tour by Professor Dr. Wael Omar, Executive Director of Capital University Hospitals; Professor Dr. Karim Montaser, Hospital Director; Dr. Nada El-Demiaty, Deputy Director for Institutional Support; along with a number of medical and administrative leaders.

The tour included visits to the reception and emergency departments, intensive care units, inpatient wards, as well as radiology and laboratory services, to assess workflow regularity and the preparedness of various departments.

During the visit, Prof. Dr. Rasha Refai extended Eid Al-Fitr greetings to doctors and nursing staff, expressing her appreciation for their continuous efforts and the distinguished medical services they provide.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Wael Omar stated that operations are proceeding according to an integrated plan that ensures round-the-clock service delivery, with maximum readiness across all departments to enhance responsiveness and improve the quality of patient care.

Additionally, Prof. Dr. Karim Montaser confirmed that Badr University Hospital is operating at full capacity during Eid Al-Fitr, with all human and technical resources available to ensure safe and prompt medical services. He added that performance indicators are continuously monitored across departments, with emergency teams fully prepared to handle any urgent cases, reflecting the hospital’s commitment to the highest standards of quality and healthcare.
