As part of the Faculty of Medicine at Capital (formerly helwan) University’s commitment to supporting the training process and enhancing the quality of medical education for newly graduated young physicians, Badr University Hospital organized an honoring ceremony for Internship Training Coordinators, in recognition of their outstanding efforts and their effective role in organizing and supervising the training program.
The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Rasha Omar Refaie, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairperson of the University Hospitals Board, Prof. Dr. Wael Omar, Executive Director of the University Hospitals, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rami, Assistant Executive Director for Training and Internship Affairs.
During their speeches, the attendees emphasized the pivotal role played by training coordinators in preparing qualified medical cadres capable of meeting professional healthcare demands, highlighting the university’s keenness to provide a supportive and motivating training environment that contributes to developing the skills of newly graduated doctors and enhancing the quality of training.
