Badr University Hospital Organizes Sports and Recreational Day to Foster Teamwork Among Staff

Under the patronage of Prof. El-Sayed Kandil, President of Capital University, Badr University Hospital organized a Sports and Recreational Day featuring football tournaments in an engaging atmosphere that reflected the spirit of teamwork, collaboration, and fair competition among participating teams representing hospital employees, medical staff, and the nursing workforce.
The event included a series of football matches and recreational activities that witnessed enthusiastic participation from both competitors and attendees. The initiative was organized as part of the hospital administration's ongoing commitment to promoting social and sporting activities and strengthening teamwork among staff members across various specialties.
At the conclusion of the event, the teams that secured first and second place, as well as the tournament's outstanding players, were honored by Prof. Rasha Refaie, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chair of the Board of Capital University Hospitals; Prof. Wael Omar, Executive Director of Capital University Hospitals; and Dr. Karim Montaser, Director of Badr University Hospital. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Nada El-Demiaty, Deputy Director for Institutional Support; Dr. Mohamed El-Khawas, Deputy Director for Medical Affairs; together with department heads, physicians, members of the winning medical teams, and nursing staff.
The hospital administration affirmed that organizing such events reflects its commitment to fostering a positive work environment, strengthening collaboration and team spirit among employees, and ultimately contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality of healthcare services provided to patients.
